LemonArt Stand

The LemonArt Stand performance art project is a constructed happening by the artist where items and services are offered for sale in exchange for currency (or trade in specific iterations). With each iteration of this project a facet exploring a different exchange between commerce, art and design, how a LemonArt Stand performance . A critic of the human experience of living within a capitalistic, colonial structuring of society, LemonArt Stand pokes fun and alludes to how we are indoctrinated into this system early on in age, as well as the commodification and democratization of fine art for mass commercial consumption.
